In the fine grinding stage of cocoa processing, the cocoa mass ball mill is a key piece of equipment for achieving a fine and uniform cocoa liquor. It can precisely control the grinding fineness, allowing the cocoa liquor to meet the stringent standards of chocolate and high-end food production.
Working Way of cocoa mass ball mill
1. After pre-treatment, the cocoa nibs pass through three pre-grinding equipment, the output fineness is approximately 99.5% < 75 μm.
2. Next, the cocoa liquor around 75 μm will enter the cocoa mass ball mill for further regrinding. After the final ball mill, the liquor will be sieved to remove overly large particles that were transported to the front for grinding. This design ensures that the output cocoa liquor has a uniform and sufficiently fine fineness. 3. The liquor is pumped to storage tanks, where it can be stored for 24 hours to control product quality and facilitate subsequent processing.
