The cocoa nibs alkalization machine( (or dutching reactor)) is specially designed for the alkalization treatment of cocoa nibs during cocoa processing. Working Principle

After roasting and winnowing, cocoa nibs are fed into the alkalization vessel. The alkalizing solution is evenly sprayed onto the nibs while the mixing system continuously agitates the material. Under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, the alkalization reaction proceeds uniformly. After the treatment is completed, the cocoa nibs are discharged for subsequent grinding and cocoa liquor production.
