Working Principle of cocoa peeler

The principle of cocoa peeling machine is to separate materials according to particle size using a screening method. After entering the eccentric conical funnel through the feed pipe, the material is scattered onto the grain distribution plate. The plate vibrates with the screen body, ensuring the material falls evenly onto the bottom plate of the feed box and flows along it to the upper screen. Large impurities pass through the upper screen and are discharged from the machine, while small impurities pass through the lower screen and are discharged. Pure material flows directly into the clean material outlet along the lower screen, thus obtaining clean material.
