  3. Cocoa Beans Cracking & Winnowing: Crush roasted beans and separate cocoa nibs from husks via high-efficiency air separation, lowering nib waste rate.
  4. Nib Fine Grinding: Specialized grinders/colloid mills crush nibs to extrude natural cocoa butter, turning solid nibs into smooth-flowing cocoa liquor.
  5. Thermostatic Storage: Finished liquor is stored in heat-preserved stirring tanks to stabilize fluid state pending subsequent deep processing.
