The process begins with cleaning and roasting cocoa beans to develop their characteristic flavor. After cracking and winnowing, the cocoa nibs are ground into cocoa liquor. Through hydraulic pressing, cocoa butter is separated, leaving cocoa cakes that are finely milled and sieved into high-quality cocoa powder with uniform fineness and stable color.
